Defib's need a slight nerf (can mass revive too fast).

Please just nerf the cooldown/recharge speed to be 1-2 seconds after a SUCCESSFUL revive. (That way you are not stuck recharging/on cooldown if you miss the revive.)

In current state, fast defibs makes attacking a certain area (whether it's an obj or just a random spot), much harder and makes it feel like if 1 medic lives, the whole team can be revived in less than 5s.
