Disable/change Q and E toggle in main menu

Hi,

is there a way to disable or change the bindings for the toggle in the main menu? When you press Q or E in the main menu, you toggle through the menu but i want to turn that off or at least change these two keys. Why? Because i use Q for push to talk and when i talk with my friends and im in the main menu, i always toggle through the menu which is annoying.
