I got my email from ea and it’s early access so starting August 7th. I play on Xbox and psn so how will download the game it gives instructions that says download on August 4th so will I need to wait till August 4th to download it and the servers open on August 7th?

Correct! From my understanding, on Aug 4th, "BF6 Open Beta" will show up in the store on your platform, and then you will be able to download it.

    LordAngelus​ is correct here.  However it is worth pointing out that if you use the same EA Account on both platforms, you will only be able to play on one at a time.
