Running into the same/similar issue. I have seen people mention they had success by enabling XMP on their memory (through the BIOS). I unfortunately am on a laptop with limited customization, so I cannot use this solution myself.
Typically, I log in and for maybe one minute, the game is relatively smooth. Eventually my TN (“time-nudge”) numbers range from around 20ms (very playable) to 2500ms (feels like slow-motion, and is completely unplayable)
