ID Verification Issue (Xbox)
The Battlefield 6 beta asks me to verify my identity, but it keeps sending an identification code to an unfamiliar email address. When I log into my EA account online, I encounter the same problem....

I’m having this exact sane issue on Xbox. My Xbox account is linked to an old email address that is no longer valid. I don’t even remember doing this. But I can play other EA games without needing verification, so this is bizarre. There’s got to be a way to update the email address? It can’t be this hard.
