Hey everyone,
I got an Open Beta code for an EA game through Twitch. Unfortunately, the servers were down when I first tried to redeem the code. Later, when the servers were finally working, I got a message saying the code had already been used — even though I never managed to activate it. The twitch moderators could not help me.
Now I’m stuck without access to the beta, even though I did everything right.
Has anyone else had this issue? Or maybe someone got help from EA Support and knows what to do?
I’d really appreciate any advice or help. Thanks in advance!
It should appear in your game library in app on August 4 but dont know in which time precisely but I am sure during that day it will appear. In same day, you can pre-load it and be ready when in launch on August 7.
