Insane Packet Loss

Anyone else experiencing packet loss, stuttering and slow motion especially in big maps ?
I capped fps to 30 but still happens sometimes

my specs: 

Core I5 11th gen
Ram: 8gb
Rtx 3050 (4 gb)

I know it's still beta and my labtop is quite weak and i am gonna upgrade my PC in the future but i hope devs see this and fix the issue upon full release
