Just watch his whole vid and tell me, is he wrong?

Very likely the whole thing is caused by the predefined gender the players were assigned for each class for the open beta. Which is something I think may be possible to set (also with soldier cosmetics) in the full release - then it will be entirely up to players what they will choose. I see no reason to make any drama about it and the video seems pointless (I didn't watch it, but the timeline summary was enough to get the idea what it is about). :)
