logging in issues

I wonderer who else is finding this, but every time I log out for and try to log back in I get the " oops something happened on our end" message then have to spend the next 20 min uninstalling the game and reinstalling it to get it to work . I have went through all the hot fixes you find online and nothing but reinstalling the game works it is a pain in the a$$ that did not happen the first weekend beta test was going on.
