I have RTX 4090 and Ryzen 7 7800x3d, playing through Steam, I am getting 60 FPS on LOW with DLLS. There must be some BUG going on. I had 160 FPS this morning. I already reinstalled game, deleted cache in Windows, I just can't get it to work. It must be bugged
