Make Settings Better

Trying to change single setting is a PAIN.

1. You must be in a public match to see the changes live.
2. You want to change a specific setting, you make no progress. You want Hud? Go to Options -> Graphics -> Hub Modify -> Scroll then change. Repeat this for like 5 times its stupid long process.
3. Search bar would be useful due to the amount of nesting there is
4. In game preview, aka settings on the left game live on the right.

Make settings usable, many things are duplicated off by default like slide not being bind etc.
