Re: BF6 Beta Queue Times: Server Overload or Just Too Much Hype?

I’ve been playing Battlefield since the early days and a proper server browser outside of Portal is a must. Matchmaking has been terrible, and unlike back then, we lose the same squad of players after every round instead of carrying over together. The old system gave us the freedom to pick EA official or community servers, choose different map rotations, or stick to a favorite map all night. Portal is fine in concept, but in 2042 you killed progression there over boosting, which nobody actually cared about, and I’m worried it’ll happen again.

And please, bring back the classic class logos. The current ones look like Delta Force and they don’t fit Battlefield. Keep it simple, keep it classic.

The game feels like it lacks a soul. Choosing a narrative that backs Russian propaganda is wild. The campaign should’ve had USA, China, and Russia, letting players choose which nation’s story to play. Instead, it feels like you avoided that because you’re scared to upset the Chinese communists and the Russians. Honestly, that boils my blood.
