Melee shouldn't be with a knife!
A melee attack should be with the butt of your characters gun, not a knife. Sure, keep the knife for cutting fences and takedowns, but for melee attacks it's pretty dumb.

I personally like the aspect of a stabbing takedown whilst simultaneously grabbing the dogtags. Like it has been in the past. That's just me.
