People selling/giving away codes for follows

Question

I've noticed a growing trend on multiple social media platforms of people advertising closed-beta access codes though things like patreons, raffles and "follow for codes" where people are required to engage. I'm fairly certain these are a malicious and some sort of Bot-net.

A statement of something would be fantastic. Embed below is a list of these copy-pasted thing advertising codes.
