Your machine isn't fast enough, neither is your GPU, just order an AMD desktop with 32gb of ram and a good videocard.
The recommended CPU is the Intel Core i7-10700 (mine is better across the board basically). My GPU is better than the minimum RTX 2060, and although it is pretty far from the power of the recommended RTX 3060TI, nothing in game or on my task manager is jumping out saying that it is overloaded, especially since I have all the settings turned down. I am really hoping the issue is somewhere between the servers being maxed out and needing more RAM.
