Problems on Intel CPU with e-cores

I have an Intel 14700HX

Started playing, I quickly noticed lots of weird bugs, some examples include: Disappearing Rockets, Soldiers voices stopped happening, Player models teleporting around, lag spikes and wildly inconsistent frame time.

Then, when I enabled steam overlay with full data, I saw mostly the e-cores were getting used.

I tried setting the game affinity on task manager to only use the P-cores, but that got denied.

Then I disabled the e-cores on the BIOS and all the problems listed above went away + I got a 100% performance uplift
