Queuing with other com players

I really really want an option where u can queue to be placed in a squad with other players with comms on!  Nothing worst being placed on squad of 4 practically every game with nobody communicating. They don't even have comms on!   I understand not everyone has headsets etc but I should be able to queue up with other that do....it's 100% more enjoyable to be able to speak with your squad joke around and obviously more taticle.
