I literally just got my code and the site stopped working

It’s overloaded most likely. Everyone and their grandma are trying to redeem codes at the same time. First I was getting 504’s. Then I was getting uplink errors. 
I’ll try again tomorrow.

Hopefully can redeem my code when I come back tomorrow I guess, typical EA shambles...

EA site is getting slammed right now, but for some reason, they aren't auto scaling their frontend or backend to support the increased demand.  

Edit: would love to hear from their infra team (doubt they read forums, though). Their resource metrics have to be maxed out. 

I Signed up to battlefield labs Before JULY 31st.... still no beta access, i tried getting a hold of support but no matter how many times i try or what discussion topic it is, is says they cant advise on the issue. I'm simply asking how do I install this? Yes I signed up with the same EA account for battlefield labs. I don't know what to do and EA customer service is trash. Please Help. Thanks

tried to redeem the code and it looked liked it worked, now it doesnt show anywhere on my account if its actually been redeemed

There’s 750.000 people watching on Twitch alone at the moment. I’m guessing literally everyone is trying to redeem codes at the same time. Just be patient, it’s not going anywhere.

Normally, everyone is trying to redeem the code. Maybe it'll be resolved in a few hours. Keep your code safe. 

i managed to send in my code but nothing from there, i'll check later once the servers are in a better state

You don’t get a code and don’t need a code. Access is then linked to your EA account. You’ll be able to log in when the beta starts.

you signed up for Battlefield Labs before July 31, you don’t need a code. Just log in with the EA Account you registered with Battlefield Labs.

Same issue for me i hope so server load issue soon fix 🙂

I didnt mention a code, log into where the EA app? I did that still nothing. I logged into the Portal still nothing.

When you download and install the Beta next week, then you just log in and you’ll be able to play.

If you SIGNED UP for BFLabs before today, then you’re automatically in for the early access to the beta.

Probably disabled by design. EA wants people to purchase PlayPro subscription or pre-order for early access.

The beta isn’t available yet. Preload starts on August 4.

You can pre-load the game as early as August 4 at 15:00 UTC (8AM PT) and start playing during the Open Beta Weekends.

There is no early access with the preorder. 

I got my code from the twitch stream but the ea app glitched when i entered it it said it registered the game but then the entire app crashed cus of load maybe when i reentered the code is said it was invalid please assist!

I was able to redeem the code but now it says the code is invalid lmao.

Oh no! I was afraid this might happen depending on where the bottleneck is in their system. I'm going to wait to claim so it goes all the way through.
