Reduce player to start on Domination

This afternoon I was trying to get into Domination on PS5 with crossplay off, and I spent quite some time waiting in the lobby but the server would not fill up. It struck me that this gamemode requires 16/16 to start, whereas Conquest will start with 32/64. 
I later on got in eventually, but please lower the player to start count on Domination!
