Squad Leader

Make it more clear who the squad leader is. You can only see it during the intro to the match but not in it. Put request order etc commands back in like it used to be in previous titles. Make it easier to give an order, it felt a bit non responsive. Do it like it used to be by holding q and attack/defend objective.
