Who thought it was a good idea?

Who on the team thought it was a good idea to remove rush and breakthrough play options and place them into all out warfare which in case forces you to play conquest because it's really is the only thing that plays most of the time and custom will leave you waiting 20 mins to find a match also your only options left is small maps and squad deathmatch. They need to add rush and breakthrough back as options.
