Windowed Mode resets on every lauch

Hello! 

I play on windows mode since I have a ultrawide monitor and I want the game running in 1080p.

When launching the game in windowed mode, the window ALWAYS starts on the top left corner of the monitor and in a smaller size than desirable or previously used. 

Also, the resolution selectior is greyed out, so I can't define a standart resolution for the window.

Ideally the game should remember the window position, or alternatively start in the middle of the screen while remembering the set or previously used resolution.
