I've got the early access beta, I've two accounts linked to my EA Xbox and Playstation.
The beta went to my xbox linked account but I wanted it to go to my PLaystation. Is there anyway to get this fixed?

The entitlement is linked to the EA Account it was earned on. If that was the account already linked to your Xbox account, there you have it. I do not see why you would not be able to change the linked account on the Playstation as well?

That post indicates you can play the Open Beta wherever you like as long the respective platform is linked to the entitled EA Account.
