🕹️ PSN stuck linked to fake EA email I can't access - can't play BF beta

I'm really frustrated right now and hoping someone can help me out. I can't play the Battlefield beta because of this weird account linking mess.
So here's what happened - apparently my PSN account got linked to some EA account with the email 63*****@disabled.ea.com. I have absolutely no idea when this happened, but I definitely never made an account with that email. It looks like one of those auto-generated emails that EA creates, and obviously I can't access it.
I've been going in circles trying to figure this out:
- Can't log into that email (it's not even real)
- Can't unlink my PSN
- Can't create a new EA account because my PSN is "taken"
- Missing out on the beta
This is honestly ridiculous. I just want to play games I have access to without jumping through hoops because of some automatic linking that happened without me knowing.
Can someone please just unlink my PSN from that bogus email account? Or let me link it to an actual email I can use? This seems like something that should take 5 minutes to fix on your end.
