JangleTTV​  It looks like a GPU issue to me. SIM is 5.06ms which means the CPU is calculating the game simulations at 197fps. (1,000ms ÷ 5.06ms = 197fps)

For some reason the GPU is taking 63.49ms to render a frame. (1,000ms ÷ 63.49ms = 15fps)

There's 1,000ms in a second if you're wondering where that number comes from.

Obviously a 3080ti is more than capable of playing Battlefield 6.

Is there a super resolution setting enabled in the Nvidia app causing Battlefield to run at 8k resolution?

i'm having the same issue i have tried everything on the forum and other sites i have a rx 7700 xt with a r5 4500 it should be good to run it but it runs at extremely low fps without using too much pf the gpu 

Yeah, I have never had an issue with this rig before. Getting 17 - 20 (what the top right says) FPS no matter what settings I try.  I do not have FPS capped anywhere.  The game is not fluid at all.

The CPU graph looks good. I don't see any issues.

Looking at the screenshot in your first post again. I notice the GPU fps is only 15fps.

I'm starting to lean more towards a GPU issue instead of a CPU issue.

It's strange because the CPU and GPU usage is 54% and 72% respectively. I would expect more than 15fps in Battlefield based on that utilization.

I'm not sure what's causing 15fps in Battlefield 6.

I'd start by typing this into the command console in Battlefield 6. PerfOverlay.DrawGraph 1

Thank you for the response.  Checked CPU Usage all seems well.  Checked CPU-Z, memory is in Dual Channel Mode.  XMP is enabled.  I already deleted the .cfg file as it was not doing anything.

Here's some CPU troubleshooting tips.

Some of the CPU cores might be maxing out at 100% usage. To check if there are any CPU cores hitting 100% usage, open the Windows Task Manager CPU graph.

• Run the game in windowed mode (alt + enter)
• Open Task Manager (alt + ctrl + del)
• Open the Performance tab, then right-click on the CPU graph and choose "Change graph to > Logical processors".
• Set Task Manager to 'always on top' by clicking option
   
  Now you can play the game and monitor per core CPU usage. If any CPU core hits 100% usage the game will stutter.
   
  Also check if the CPU frequency is slowing down in Windows Task Manager. For example, below 3GHz.

Download CPU-Z and verify CPU RAM memory is in dual channel mode.

Make sure XMP/EXPO memory overclocking is enabled in BIOS settings.

Check if any of the E CPU cores are maxed out. The game shouldn't be using Efficiency CPU cores, it should be using Performance cores.

I recommend deleting the .cfg file during troubleshooting.

Any update for this?  Been playing at 15 fps to try and get the cosmetics....  This is horrible! 

I tried this solution and it did not work.  It is working for some though:  

Create a .cfg file named 'user.cfg' and copy and paste this:

Thread.ProcessorCount 4

Thread.MaxProcessorCount 4

Thread.MinFreeProcessorCount 0

Thread.JobThreadPriority 0

GstRender.Thread.MaxProcessorCount 8

The number '4' indicates the number of cores in your processor, and the number '8' indicates the number of threads. If you have a processor with more cores and threads, please change these numbers according to your processor.

Put this file into the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Glacier Events" folder (for the Steam version).
