90% GPU load on a starting screen and in the menu with 240 FPS on 4080 super

Sometimes games dont hard limit framerates or GPU performance in static menus like the start one here for the beta. Not the end of the world but yeah it can be annoying. On the upside the fix is relatively speaking trivial and if anything likely just flew under the radar or the devs had more pressing things to fix.

Could be worse could be that fringe case in New World where uncapped loading screens and menus caused some 3090s to pop and die lol.
