9950 x3d core parking not work IN open beta!!!

Have anyone else this problem!? All other games my 9950 x3d park normal cores on 3d catche. When i open bf 6 beta all 16 cores are in usage. Cpu bottleneck. Is not normal that i cant with 5090 pass 200 plus fps. No matter if is 4k resolution or i change on 1080p. Fps is the same becasue my 9950 x3d bottleneck.
