9950X3D Core Parking Problem

Hi EA,

When i launch the game, my 9950x3d is running all 16 cores. It does not park the CCD1, no other game has this issue. This causes very high temps and performance loss since games should only be run on the 3D cache (CCD0). I believe it has something to do with Javelin anti cheat system. Can you please issue a fix for this? I am not the only one with this issue, anyone who has a dual ccd AMD chip will run into this issue.
