danisoff I appreciate your quick reply, but at this rate I should just wait for when my 6 month hold for unlinking is up and I can fix this issue myself. I'm dumbfounded that a company which brings in billions in revenue can have such extreme security measures while simultaneously having a non existent customer service team. I mean hell there's not even a phone number.

You should try opening a new case and using the email option. I find it to work better than the live chat.
