Any word on a drop for Portal-personal servers?

Just checking in for the servers that are going to be made by Community!? Going to start a {DAB} Dads Across Battlefield server hosting RUSH, CONQUEST & Special Mode 6 nights a week but need to know when we can make servers!? Is it going to be doable upon launch or will early access let us to it sooner? Common EA throw Alphasnowdawg a bone here!
