Getting this error on startup and the game closes: "'This software cannot be use at the same time as the game. Please make sure it's not running, or restart your PC. (84): appshopdrv103.sys'". This is running on my ASRock 870e Taichi motherboard.
Had the same problem, and this solution worked for me.
Steps:
1. Remove the AsRock auto updater software from the "remove software" option
2. Remove the registry entry if any
3. delete the file "AppShopDrv103.sys" from directory "C:\Windows\SysWOW64\drivers"
4. restart
