Attachment locked even when leveled up

Already reached level 12 on this gun but attachments are all locked still.

    Happened on the  "KTS100 MK8" only. None of the attachments can be unlocked on this gun.

    The issue also happened to gun unlocks, not just attachment unlocks. Confirmed that restarting the game fixed the issue.
