that error usually means your account has been flagged and banned, you can check this as well by downloading your ea data to see that you got banned. The only thing you can do is submit a ticked for an appeal and hope they unban you (im in the same situation)

Yes, I also just downloaded my user data and confirmed that I was banned from Battlefield 6. This is absolutely ridiculous 🤣. I’ve submitted an appeal, but I’m not sure what will happen.
