Hello EA. Can you guys please have someone give me he smart to this problem I am having.

error code 1:86001S:51009S:2397336630:65537Q  

I would love to play the game just like everyone else. I enter the queue and as soon as the number gets to 2000 it does that to me.  I logged out of the EA app, Ive restarted my computer, deleted and redownloaded the game and I change my dns. I did all of the troubleshooting steps you guys have to offer for this type of issue can you guys please respond.
