B36A4 not visible from the hip/low ready

I've had numerous instances where after being revived, the B36A4 is not visible unless aiming down sights. It appears the gun is still being rendered, but positioned too low for the 1st person camera, as indicated by the muzzle coming into view when reloading.

    When reviewing the footage of this bug, I also realized that the player character's arms are comepletly missing when the gun comes into view for ADS. 

    I also want to point out again that this is the only gun which regularly had this happen, I have never seen this bug with any other weapon or piece of equipment.
