Battlefield 6 - Microlag Issues (Stutter)

I have noticed that on certain systems the CPU occasionally jumps to 100%, leading to a stutter in gameplay. I was able to come to partial resolution in the form of disabling E-cores, however this does lead to considerably less FPS and shouldn't be what is intended.

The game is ran on Steam, and GPU Drivers were updated to the latest version.

My specific rig involves:

CPU - Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-14600KF

GPU - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER
