Battlefield 6 not utilizing GPU/CPU

   Good evening fellow gamers and devs,
I recently tried playing the beta and for some reason the game does not utilize the entirety of my PC. When I play it uses about 30%-40% of my GPU and CPU. While playing I get between 60-90 FPS. I have the game on the lowest setting in 1080p. I have already tried redownloading windows, updating drivers for CPU and GPU additionally I have changed settings in NVidia control panel. Any help would be greatly appreciated because the game is a lot of fun but it is very difficult to play at low fps.
