Try typing this into the console.

PerfOverlay.DrawGraph 1

I'm wondering if it's a actually a performance issue or if mouse inputs are getting dropped due to the keyboard's polling rate being higher than 1,000Hz.

Battlefield games have a history of having trouble processing keyboard inputs over 1,000Hz.

    I'll check that out when I'm back at my gaming PC.  But the recording of the Afterburner frametime graph is without mouse movements.

    I'll also check into lowering my mouse polling rate for testing.
