Moving the game from my NVME to main SSD (C) fixed the issue

After a while of playing, weapon models and/or player models keep disappearing. Have to restart the game to fix. Also, the leave match button doesn't work. It prompts "Are you sure you want to leave" or something and then after selecting "Yes", it just goes back to the gameplay.
