Moving the game from my NVME to main SSD (C) fixed the issue
A good majority of the time when spawning in on teammates or conquest points, my soldiers hands and guns will not load in. Everything is invisible and my sound for my character alone is not nearly as loud. Even after dying and spawning back in, the issue does not fix itself. This is a quite serious bug since it hinders gameplay. No Scopes, no gun, no arms holding weapons, and ive noticed the bottom right where you can a preview cam that its a constant fuzzy 'EMP' looking effect. Will add proof shortly.
Try this out it is working for me, if you use nvidia that is. Control Panel > Manage 3D settings > Shader Cache - set to unlimited instead of "Default" or "Custom"

Changing the shader cache in the nvidia control panel did not work for me.
Still got it within the first game.
