BF6-Beta resolution bug?

  • pre-installed beta to configure settings, get to resolution settings - try to set game to my monitor resolution(1920x1080), end up with 1:1 stretch resolution and no matter what configuration of settings I change e.g boardless - auto aspect ratio whatever, nothing works.

Notable things about the set up, custom resolutions exist in my nvida settings for cs2, my second monitor is also a strange res - 1920 x 1200 which is also the only setting in game that looks remotely close to native - so my best guess is that for some reason the game thinks my second monitors res is my mains despite clearly being applied to my main monitor? And when it fails to reach 1920x1080 it is just spazzing out and selecting 1:1 res?

-Will try deleting custom resolutions in nvida but is still annoying

  • I went into the NVIDIA control panel and deleted the custom resolutions I use for Counter-Strike and it seems to have done the trick for me at least.

I went into nvida control panel and deleted the custom resolutions i use for counter-strike and it seems to have done the trick, still annoying - so i would assume this is a bug - or could maybe a bug even specifically with the dual monitor (mis-matching res setups) - which would be a niche bug affecting a small amount of people i would imagine

Ideoken So just to confirm, are you also using a custom resolution, either through custom software, set within Windows, or configured in your GPU’s control panel?

Hello. To start with I have same issue with LG ULTRAGEAR. Can't set it to 2560x1440. Switched to my other 1440p monitor with same resolution (GIGABYTE G27Q) and have no issues with it. So for me it seems the problem is somewhere there between that. I don't have any added custom resolutions used for CS.

If by any chance, someone's using a capture card and having issues with that specific screen forcing 16:9 ratio while being 21:9 - With my Elgato Capture Utility on the other PC I had to go change the "EDID (internal)" under the Device tab to 3440x1440.
