BF6 Beta "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000604)" Error

Is anyone getting error message when trying to launch that says  The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000604). Click OK to close the application.

I get this when trying to start the game. Secure boot enabled standard not custom, gpt partition, TPU2.0. are all verified.

Any other workarounds anyone knows about? Any help is appreciated. Steam also won't launch, but it just stops running, no error message.
