BF6 Beta Window Resolution and Screen Resolution do not match

As stated in my title, when I launch the BF6 Beta through Steam, the Window size does not match my monitor's resolution, or at least that's what I believe the issue is. The location of my mouse cursor on the screen is not actually where it is located in the game window. I can't click the checkmark box to accept the new Terms and Conditions, which basically hard stuck me at the very first step to access the game. I literally cannot do anything at all.
I have tried using Alt+Enter to force the game window into either Windowed or Fullscreen but that does not work. And I can't even Alt+F4 to close the game window after it has launched, which is ridiculous.
