got the This software cannot be used at the same time as the game. Please make sure it's not running, or restart your PC. (84): DiscSoftLTD (Daemon Tools)

tried to Fixe this by disabling 'DAEMON Tools Lite Virtual SCSI Bus'
Device Manager > Storage controllers > 'DAEMON Tools Lite Virtual SCSI Bus'

but the issue remains

i do have deamon tools installed but not currnely in use

i dont want to uninstall it

did anyone found a different ?

i have a

7800x3d 7900xt

You need to:
> Close all the Apps running, possibly, in Background: "DTAgent.exe", "DTHelper.exe", "DTShellHlp.exe", "DTUltra.exe", "DTUltraHelper.exe", "DiscSoftBusServiceUltra.exe".
> Stop the Service "Disc Soft Ultra Bus Service"
> and Disable the Drivers "DAEMON Tools Ultra Virtual SCSI Bus" and "DAEMON Tools Ultra Virtual USB Bus" in Device Management

Worked for me to.
I had DAEMON Tools Ultra Virtual SCSI Bus and removed it and it worked!
