BF6 OB1&2 player-stats Player not found

I have play all two week OB test , but i can't find my Data 
that say Player not found. Please check spelling, and ensure you are entering an EA ID. Visit here for details on locating your EA ID.
But I sure my EA ID is correct , Is it because i use steam to play?
Have anyone else has this situation?
