2) Move and pan camera / sprint / ADS.
3) Observe black line(s) flicker or persist near screen middle.

Expected Result:
No mid-screen line or tearing artifacts.

Actual Result:
Black line(s) appear across/through the middle of the screen during movement or camera pans.

Workarounds Tried:
Switched Fullscreen↔Borderless, toggled V-Sync/VRR, changed AA (TAA/DLSS/FSR), disabled Frame Generation, FPS cap below refresh rate, verified game files, clean GPU driver install → [no / partial improvement].
