Bug - invisible smoke Grenade held after throwing, affects ADS

Hi! 
I received a bug during a match where I threw a blank smoke grenade, grenade functioned normally, but my arm stayed in the air as though I was still holding it. 

this then affected how I was holding my weapon (down to the left, as though still holding grenade), and when I ADS, hand twists around weirdly, no sight picture, gun not raised. 
xbox series x, all up to date, conquest, American map (I don’t remember the name). Support class, using class default setup.
