BUG: QUIT TO MENU sometimes doesn't work

The ‘QUIT TO MENU’ button sometimes does not work in-game. This prevents me from leaving a match/round. The only way I can exit is by using ALT + F4. This was present in open beta weekends 1 and 2.

I'm playing the EA App version on a Windows 11 system.
If necessary, I can be contacted for more system information and settings.
