Additional Feedback:
* The initial spawns for attackers on Cairo and Ridge can be shot into by defenders after the first spawn wave. Sometimes you can get a "bad" spawnpoint and get spawn killed or incase of organized squads, can sometimes spawnkill tanks.
* Sometimes players / enemies can spawn in plain view/in enemy sights when spawning on an objective.
* Sometimes players can spawn on squadmates already in combat/under fire.
