Bugs - Stuck on Turret, Defib Not Working

Hello!

I have encountered two bugs with the game during my time playing.

One, when defending on Cairo, I got onto the anti-tank turret at the back corner of the second B objective, and was not able to get off for a very long time, despite trying many different buttons.

Secondly, I have found that the defibrillator oftentimes does not register when trying to heal a teammate - holding E always works, but the defib frequently doe not, and I have to click several times to make it work.
